‘Jo-Lan’ (right) at FORM, a London Art Fair. The
Saatchi Online Gallery will be hosting an exhibition of 20
London-based artists who have been chosen from Saatchi Online

Bennett has moved into a new studio: 'William
Angel Gallery and Studios' in
Peckham, London SE22, owed by John Adrian (pictured above).ΚThe
gallery will show Julie Bennett’s work in its first group
show in April 2008.

BENNETT is nominated for BEST SLEEVE OF 2007 for
‘Somewhere There’s An Angel’ artwork. She was
awarded 5th place in a recent 'Best Record Cover Art' poll from
the music design gallery Art Vinyl. The winners were decided
based on 3000 public votes. You can view the top 50.Κ
August 2007: Victorious Kiam records commissioned 10 acclaimed young British artists
to produce a sleeve for The Thurston Revival debut single ‘Somewhere There’s An
Angel’. The limited print run of 100 (10 per artist) will
be on sale from August 28th 2007 from: paul@recordoftheday.com The cost of each high quality 12inch vinyl recording,
beautifully packaged, numbered and signed by the artist will be
£100 each which will be the most expensive first single
in history. My painting (above) was published in The Sunday Times (August 12, 2007) and London’s Evening Standard (August 24,
